We have a wealth of knowledge and experience gained from local authority implementations ready to share with your project team in order to achieve the improved efficiency and service delivery aims of your council, and assist with the Transformational Government agenda.

One size does not fit all

We strongly believe that 'one size does not fit all'. At COA Solutions, we provide systems to cover the entire spectrum of local government, and recognise that the requirements of district councils differ significantly from those of county councils, London boroughs and metropolitan borough councils. Hence, we are the only supplier that provides alternative solutions to meet these differing requirements.

Solutions for shared services

As 'one size does not fit all' in terms of the solutions chosen by authorities, the same philosophy applies to shared services. Some local authorities may wish to fully outsource its solutions, drawing on existing infrastructure and expertise of shared service environments. Others may simply require on-site support where the IT department are responsible for managing both the hardware and underlying software technologies.

For over 10 years, we have been providing shared service environments to the public sector. This is very much at the forefront of our Transformational Government strategy.
