Delivering seamless business continuity and maintaining an effective disaster recovery plan is of increasing importance to today's organisations.

COA Solutions in association with Q Associates are now able to offer Forces complete 'warm start' DR services for their NSPIS HR system. This service will cover a Force so that they can be assured in the event of a disaster we will deliver, at a location of Force choice, a restored and fully functioning system in a fraction of the time it would normally take to recover a key central Force system.

COA Solutions in association with Q Associates are now able to offer Forces complete 'warm start' DR services for their NSPIS HR system. Included within the DR services is an annual dry run where, with the assistance of Force Personnel, a full test is completed to ensure that all aspects of the recovery process are fully tried and tested, so that in the event of having to invoke the process the Force can be assured of a successful and timely recovery.

This Service is now available from the NSPIS HR National Framework Agreement.
