HCM Portal
Navigation through our HCM Portal is intuitive so little training is required. Access is provided through a standard internet browser, with an interface similar to an on-line banking facility. It can be customized to suit individual users' preferences as well as your corporate identity, incorporating colours, fonts and logos. Security is watertight and access rights can be set depending on the user's role and function within the company.

e-HR Employee Self-Service
Data Protection legislation now means that HR must make it easy for employees to access the information held on them. Employee Self-service allows staff to view their own data at their desk, or from a kiosk if they do not use a PC. Employees can be given the opportunity to change bank account or address details, book holidays, request a training course, complete a pre-appraisal form or even apply for a staff loan online. In order for the HR department to keep certain information confidential HR retains full control of the features, screens and fields each employee is allowed to view or update.
Line Manager Self-Service
e-HR gives individual line managers the necessary tools to play an active role in managing their staff. From completing appraisals to controlling sickness absence, managers can access real-time reports enabling them to make more informed decisions. The departmental calendar, for example, allows line managers to check holidays already booked before authorising any new holiday or training requests.
