Users can create online workflows to mirror any offline process. The most common HR processes include appraisals, new starters and leavers, maternity, absence, holiday booking and training requests. Any of these workflows, and many more, are defined with a user-friendly drag and drop graphical designer that includes a set of standard flowchart element symbols, which are linked to create the workflow definition.

Authorised people have the ability to view the status and details of workflows that are in progress or completed. Users can view the status and details of the workflows that they have initiated, and they are prompted to complete any steps that are outstanding in their action.
