OpenAccounts User Group Workshop, East Midlands Airport

Your OpenAccounts User Group is pleased to host its annual workshop event. This interactive forum allows you to pose and answer questions on a wide range of topics. This year the sessions will consist of interactive discussions jointly hosted by a COA Solutions plus a member of your user group.
These sessions are great for any level of existing OpenAccounts user .In addition to being able to pose your own questions you will also be able to contribute useful tips and pointers to other users.
The day will start with a speed networking event over coffee - this will replace the traditional first half hour of registration and biscuits. Instead you will be able to meet a wide selection of attendees and chat to them for 2 mins about their and your own use of the system. At the end of that session if you'd like to add that person to your network - their contact details will be sent to you - allowing you to extend your OpenAccounts support network. This will be repeated in the half hour allowing you to make up to 25 new contacts. Don't worry coffee and biscuits will still be provided during this time.
After this exercise, you will be split into groups of 30 according to your topic of interest. You will see a short overview of the system area led by the COA Solutions professional services team before the forum is open for discussion allowing you to pose questions and in some cases provide answers as you debate best practise with your peers. You will be able to attend up to 3 sessions during the day on a mixture of topics or you can choose to stay with one topic for the entire event. A sample agenda follows:
