One size does not fit all

We strongly believe that 'one size does not fit all'. We recognise that the requirements of emergency services organisations differ significantly. Hence, we are the only supplier that provides alternative solutions to meet these differing requirements.

Solutions for shared services

As 'one size does not fit all' in terms of the solutions chosen by emergency services organisations, the same philosophy applies to shared services. Some organisations may wish to fully outsource its solutions, drawing on existing infrastructure and expertise of shared service environments. Others may simply require on-site support where the IT department is responsible for managing both the hardware and underlying software technologies.
