One size does not fit all
We strongly believe that 'one size does not fit all'. At COA Solutions, we provide systems to cover the entire spectrum of emergency service organisations from our award winning finance solution through to the NSPIS HR solution. We recognise that the requirements of emergency services organisations differ significantly. Hence, we are the only supplier that provides alternative solutions to meet these differing requirements.
Solutions for shared services
As 'one size does not fit all' in terms of the solutions chosen by emergency services organisations, the same philosophy applies to shared services. Some organisations may wish to fully outsource its solutions, drawing on existing infrastructure and expertise of shared service environments. Others may simply require on-site support where the IT department is responsible for managing both the hardware and underlying software technologies.
For over 10 years, we have been providing shared service environments to the public sector. This is very much at the forefront of our Transformational Government strategy.
Key to Police Forces in the UK is collaboration on a regional and local basis. Many of our clients are now live or actively implementing their shared services initiatives either across Police Forces on a regional basis or with other public sector organisations on a regional basis.
