Fiona Timothy
Chair

Fiona has over 20 years experience in the IT industry with companies such as Northern Telecom, Data General and Informix. She joined COA Solutions in 1997 holding various managerial positions. In 2002 she took on the role of Chair for COA Solutions Ltd.

Mark Thompson
Managing Director

Mark has been in the financial software business since training in accounting and joining Olivetti in 1981. He previously worked with Multisoft and Tetra (now part of the Sage Group) and joined COA Solutions in 1996, moving rapidly from Sales Manager to Sales Director and then on to Managing Director.

Paul Gibson
Finance Director

Paul has been Finance Director since May 2002. His 19 years in financial management have included several as European Financial Director for a premier IT services provider. Paul has also held a number of senior finance positions at Oracle.

Kevin Lyons
Human Resources Director

Kevin is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. He begain his career with Marks & Spencer. He joined the financial software industry in 1988 and COA Solutions in 2002.
