Part of getting closer to our customers involves working with accredited partners for the benefit of our joint users - whether to extend the Smart Business Suite with specific sector-based functional or technical capabilities or to embed COA Solutions functionally-rich business management and information software into a partner's line of business vertical solution.
Our customer-focused partnership programme therefore has two category of partner:
- Solution partners - Organisations that have a specialist application, services or enhancements built around COA Solutions standard products to offer a vertical market solution.
- Technology partners - Organisations that provide core technology or functional extensions to enable the COA Solutions Smart Business Suite to meet its customers business requirements.
Each programme is tailored to service a different requirement and recognises the level of "added value" provided by the business partner in each case. Each business partner joins one of the programmes, based on their planned level of in-house skills, which is reviewed on a regular basis.
