Big Week for HCM Team
Its been a big week for the COA Solutions HCM team this week. Firstly, they brought together all HCM customers for the first time at one venue for the COA Solutions HCM User Group.
75 organisations were represented on the day, including a large number that had a combination of HR, payroll and accounting products supplied by COA Solutions. The event took place in London and whilst the morning sessions concentrated on addressing questions the customers had regarding products and services, the afternoon was dedicated to less formal, more interactive round table discussions on a wide variety of topics including training, body language, workflow, support, payroll and development.
Body language expert, Richard Newman, provided the bridge between the morning and afternoon sessions with his practical workshop on body language and its application in the workplace. The day ended with a comprehensive update on payroll legislation by Kate Upcraft and a fun prize draw with three fantastic prizes. The next event for this group will take place in Manchester in November 09.
Hot on the heels of this customer activity was some new business activity with COA Solutions attending the HR Software Show - also in London. A show highlight was the masterclass presentation by COA Solutions on Choosing a Software Supplier. This masterclass offered practical advice on what questions organisations should be asking during the tender process for a new software provider. The two day show was well attended and we look forward to following up our conversations with appointments shortly - our next HR exhibition will be in October.
