COA Solutions markets, services and supports our full suite of web-enabled, financial and collaborative oriented applications on a wide variety of operating platforms and database environments. Our product application suite is highly scalable and built upon the latest proven network technologies. Our customer base is both a mix of small and very large users and spans multiple vertical market sectors.

Geographical coverage

COA Solutions has corporate headquarters in the UK, including eight regional offices and partners across that country. As well, COA Solutions' North America operations are located just outside Boston MA.

COA also has a network of certified business partners within North America who further extend our geographical, product and vertical coverage for the benefit of our all customers.

Our Customers

COA Solutions has in excess of 3,000 clients using software from our Smart Business Suite of applications. Our highly scalable systems range in size from two users up to several thousand. Customer satisfaction is very important to us and in a recent externally-conducted customer satisfaction survey, 94% of our customers surveyed stated they would be likely to be using solutions from COA Solutions in 18 months time.

Our customers include US Airways, Dennis Publishing of US, Dean Health Systems, Levi Strauss of Canada, Bank of Ameria National Association, Christian Childrens' Fund (CCF), Alcan, and Collins Companies.

Recent results

Although privately held, COA Solutions produces an annual report to ensure transparency and proper governance around the business. Annual revenues topped 100 million USD in the year completed March 31st, 07, increasing 16% and COA Solutions increased EBITDA 12% to approximately 20 million USD.

Importantly, COA Solutions spent 14% of these revenues on research and development and had a low days sales outstanding (DSO) figure of 59 days.

Acquisitions

COA Solutions has ambitious growth plans over the next three years and seeks to achieve this through organic and non-organic growth; this latter growth has to be in accordance with our clearly defined vertical and product strategy outlined above.

Our history

COA Solutions is a privately held company that has been in business for over two decades, although under different names. You may be familiar with OpenAccounts, QSP, SOTAS and Cedar Group and their product brands. We're the same company, but with much more to offer.

COA Solutions came into existence in 2007 and is dedicated to providing business management and information systems to the UK and North American markets. We have a very loyal and growing customer base and take pride in our consistently high customer satisfaction ratings year after year.
