We offer a blend of services aligned to your business requirements, scaling from temporary DBA cover and remote management to application hosting and a Fully Managed Service. Our ‘pick and mix’ approach allows you to select the elements of technical and hosting services that best suit your requirements.
Our solutions fall into two main areas depending on the level of service required:
- Managed service – where the software and data is held centrally within a secure environment on the customer’s site which is then remotely managed by COA Solutions
- Hosted service – where the software and customer’s data is held within a COA Solutions secure remote data centre. Under this option, the customer does not need to provide any related server hardware, operating software or operational resource to support the solution
