Geographical coverage

Based in the UK, COA Solutions is focused on serving the needs of UK service sector organisations. We have a network of nine offices across the country, from Cobham in the south to Aberdeen in the north.

We also work with a number of carefully chosen partners who extend our geographical, product and vertical coverage for the benefit of our customers.

COA Solutions North America, with operations located just outside Boston MA, works with a network of certified business partners throughout North America to provide solutions and services for our users in that region.

Our Customers

COA Solutions has in excess of 3,000 clients using software from our Smart Business Suite of applications. Our highly scalable systems range in size from two users up to several thousand. Customer satisfaction is very important to us and in a recent externally-conducted customer satisfaction survey, 94% of our customers surveyed stated they would be likely to be using solutions from COA Solutions in 18 months time.

Recent results

Although privately held, COA Solutions produces an annual report to ensure transparency and proper governance. In the year to March 2007, COA Solutions increased turnover 16% to £50.5m and increased EBITDA 12% to £10m.

Importantly, COA Solutions spent 14% of these revenues on research and development and had a low days sales outstanding (DSO) figure of 59 days.

Acquisitions

COA Solutions has ambitious growth plans over the next three years and seeks to achieve this through organic and non-organic growth; this latter growth has to be in accordance with our clearly defined vertical and product strategy outlined above.

Our history

COA Solutions is a privately held company that has been in business for over two decades, although under different names. You may be familiar with Cedar, OpenAccounts, QSP and Grampian Software and their product brands. We're the same company, but with much more to offer.

COA Solutions came into existence in 2007 and is dedicated to providing business management and information systems to the UK and North America markets. We have a very loyal and growing customer base and take pride in our consistently high customer satisfaction ratings year after year.
